Vilă Modernistă, parter si un etaj, ce se remarcă în contextul străzii prin perdeaua de brazi înalţi care fac dificilă percepţia sa în totalitate, creând un trafor natural. Spiritul anilor '30 începea să se simtă în creaţia arhitectei, executată pentru beneficiarul inginer Panait MAZILU. Pe lângă elemente mai vechi din creaţia arhitectei (organizarea ferestrelor în pachete de câte trei, marcarea ancadramentelor şi a cornişei) apar detalii specifice limbajului arhitecturii de avangardă: organizarea faţadelor prin proporţionarea golurilor, eleganţa volumelor, balconul de colţ cu parapet plin, fereastra de tip ‘pachebot’. Intrarea este protejată de balconul de deasupra, cu formă în zig-zag, care devine şi element definitoriu în volumetria clădirii. Se remarcă detaliul treptelor rotunjite la margine, cu balustru de colţ şi parapet de dimensiuni generoase. Fereastra de colţ, care permite mărirea cantităţii de lumină solară ce pătrunde în casă, este prezentă atât la nivelul parterului, cât şi al etajului. Un element caracteristic casei este şi detaliul copertinei subţiri, prezentă în formă mai generoasă la nivelul etajului, peste balcon, şi de dimensiuni reduse peste intrarea secundară.

The building is a Modernist one-storey villa, remarkable in the actual context of the street by the line of fir trees conceiving a natural curtain, that make its total perception difficult. The spirit of the '30s announces its presence within this creation of the architect, conceived for the owner engineer Panait MAZILU. Together with older elements present in the creation of the architect (organisation of windows in packs of three, the underlining of window frames and cornice) the specific details of avant-garde architecture appear: the organizing of facades through the proportion of openings, the elegance of simple volumes, the corner balcony with a massive parapet, the ‘cruise liner’ window. The entrance is protected by the balcony above, conceived in a zigzag form, that becomes a defining element for the general volume. The detail of the entrance stair is remarkable, with its curved steps and a thick pillar sustaining the balustrade. The corner window that allows the increasing of the amount of natural light that enters the house is present in the ground floor and in the upper one as well. A characteristic element of the house is the detail of the thin covering which is present above the balcony and the secondary entrance.
