Casa, situată în zona de parcelări Moderniste din nordul capitalei, în vecinătatea pieţei Dorobanţi, este în imediata apropiere a numeroase zone protejate. Casa însăşi este în stil modernist, cu parter, etaj  şi demisol, balcoane şi bovindou, specifice perioadei. Ferestrele fac impresia de bandă trecând de colţ, cu pilastrul marcat. Casele Virginiei ANDREESCU HARET au o istorie proprie, aici ‘a locuit şi creat muzică, între 1981-1990 unul dintre muzicienii noştrii de seamă, compozitorul, violonistul şi profesorul Grigore Nica (1936-2009), membru al Uniunii Criticilor, Redactorilor şi Realizatorilor Muzicali „Mihai Jora” din România’ (plăcuţă comemorativă).

The house, situated in the northern Modernist residential parks, close to Dorobanţi Square, is close to numerous protected areas. The house itself is of Modernist style, with a ground floor, upper floor and high basement, with balconies and bow-window, typical for the period. The windows give the impression of a band-window going around the corner, with a marked pillar. The houses of Virginia ANDREESCU HARET have their own history, here ‘lived and created music from 1981 to 1990 the professor Grigore Nica (1936-2009), member of the Union of Critics, Editors and Music Producers „Mihai Jora” of Romania’ (Commemorative plaque).
