1926 Intrarea Spătarului 5

Intrarea Spătarului cuprinde două case ale Virginiei ANDREESCU HARET, situate vis-a-vis: prima reşedinţă a autoarei la numărul 8, şi o altă clădire la numărul 5. Ambele prezintă un plan neregulat şi arhitectură Neoromânească. Conformaţia este marcată de situarea în locul de intoarcere a fundăturii, cu o parte îngustă la stradă şi faţadă laterală oblică. Colţul este marcat de un volum circular, precum în ansamblul de vile pentru funcţionari, cu care se înrudesc şi acoperirile peste anumite ferestre, nu şi peste intrare. Intrarea este astfel încadrată de volumul circular al colţului şi un bovindou semicircular. Casa are parter, demisol şi un etaj, şi acoperiş în şarpantă.

Intrarea Spătarului includes two houses by Virginia ANDREESCU HARET, situated on opposite sides of the road: the first residence of the author at number 8 and another building at number 5. Both present an irregular layout and Neo-Romanian architecture. The conformation is marked by the situation in the round where the cul-de-sac allows U-turns, with a narrow part to the street and an oblique lateral facade. The corner is marked by a rounded volume, as in the case of the villa ensemble for state employees, with which it also shares the roof above some windows, although not over the entrance as well. The entrance is thus framed by the circular volume of the corner and a semicircular bow-window. The house has ground floor, a high basement and an upper floor, and pitched roof.
