Casa a fost construită în aceeaşi zonă a "parcului Bonaparte", pentru inginerul Dionisie GERMANI. Ceva mai simplă, dar mai înaltă decât vecina sa de la numărul 43, casa din strada Paris nr. 45 prezintă un volum masiv, organizat în jurul corpului central, care domină compoziţia. Se păstrează învelitoarea originală din ţiglă solzi aşezată peste tronsoanele de acoperiş în 4 ape, cu lucarne generoase, pe structură din lemn. Actuala culoare cenuşie a tencuielii nu pune suficient în valoare decoraţia în stil neoromânesc, păstrată parţial (balustradă cu colonete, ancadramente de arce în mâner de coş şi ferestre drepte, motiv decorativ pentru parapetul ferestrelor).
The house was built in the same area of the Bonaparte park for engineer Dionisie GERMANI. Somehow simpler but taller than its neighbour at 43 Paris Street, the house at no. 45 presents a massive volume, organized around the central body that dominates the composition. The original four sloped roof, covered with ceramic tiles, with generous dormers on wooden structure is still kept. The present grey colour of the facade does not put bring out the true potential of the Neo-Romanian decoration, which has been partially kept (balustrade with small columns, frames of the depressed arches and of rectangular windows, decoration on the window parapet).
